DreamSense Sleep products are backed by a 10-Year Limited Warranty, effective from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, DreamSense will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) any mattress found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials under normal residential use.
Covered defects include:
- Visible and permanent sagging or body impressions greater than 1.5 inches, not associated with improper foundation or support.
- Physical flaws in the mattress that cause the foam to split or crack under normal use.
- Manufacturing defects in the mattress cover, including zipper or seam issues (excluding damage from normal wear and tear or improper care).
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including a gradual increase in softness.
- Comfort preference or changes in mattress feel or height.
- Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, or improper installation, including use with an improper foundation or adjustable base.
- Stains, soiling, burns, or fluid penetration.
- Mold, odors, or allergen-related conditions.
- Mattresses sold “as-is,” floor models, or clearance items.
- Transportation or shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
Proper Support Requirement
To maintain warranty coverage, your DreamSense mattress must be used on a proper support system, including:
- A solid foundation, platform bed, or adjustable base capable of supporting the combined weight of the mattress and users.
- Slatted bases must have slats spaced no more than 3 inches apart.
- Failure to use proper support may void this warranty.
Additional Terms
DreamSense reserves the right to inspect the mattress and determine whether a repair or replacement is appropriate. In the event of a replacement, DreamSense may substitute a comparable model if the original product is no longer available.
