DreamSense Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days after the order is placed. Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be provided within this same 2–5 business day window.
Shipping Method
We offer standard dropship delivery only.
Please note:
- We do not offer white glove delivery
- We do not provide in-home setup or assembly
- We do not offer haul-away or removal of old items
Orders ship directly from our manufacturing or distribution partners to your shipping address.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- PO boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
Orders placed with unsupported shipping addresses may be delayed or canceled.
Delivery Estimates + Multiple Shipments
Estimated delivery times vary by product, destination, and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times depending on supplier and warehouse locations.
Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made to the front door or curbside, depending on the carrier and package size.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information and availability to receive large packages when necessary.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must report the damage within 30 days of delivery.
To submit a damage claim, please contact us at hello@dreamsensesleep.com and include:
- Your order number
- The shipment tracking number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
Failure to report damage within the stated timeframe or provide required documentation may result in the claim being denied.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions. We appreciate your patience should delays arise.
Order Changes, Address Updates & Cancellations
Order Changes & Cancellations
We get it — plans change. If you need to cancel your order or update details, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to help.
- Before your order ships: If your order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet, we can usually cancel or update it with no problem.
- Once your order has shipped: As soon as an order is on its way, we’re no longer able to cancel it or make changes.
Shipping Address Updates
To make sure your DreamSense order arrives safely and on time, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- Address changes before shipment: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can often update your delivery address.
- Address changes after shipment: Once your order has shipped, address changes may not be possible. In some cases, carriers charge additional fees to reroute a package — and those fees may be the customer’s responsibility.
DreamSense isn’t responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
